Gigi (our famous tripod) is my service dog and is the inspiration behind starting Golden Paws of Purpose!!!
Your puppy's journey begins with us, where our dedicated team ensures they receive the best start possible. Through extensive environmental exposure, socialization, and early stimulation, we prepare your puppy for a lifetime of learning. While not every puppy in the litter will become a service dog, we focus placing each one with the RIGHT family, whether they are service dog candidates, therapy dogs, or cherished companions.

"Autumn" is a Carolina Golden's girl and both of her parents have full health clearances ; hips, elbows , eyes, heart and also all appropriate DNA testing. When you think of the most perfect temperament for a Golden Retriever it is embodied in our Autumn
"Adger", also from Carolina Golden's has his full health clearances and is a sweet kind very big southern gentleman.
At our facility, we understand that the journey with every puppy begins from day one. Selecting the right puppy for each person and family's lifestyle is crucial, and we gather comprehensive information to make informed decisions. Each puppy receives daily exposure to various stimuli, ensuring they develop into stable and well-rounded companions. We initiate training as early as 2 days old with Bio-Sensor training, a program utilized by the US Military, and continue with Volhard Testing at 3 weeks to assess their reflexes and resilience. By 7 weeks, we analyze the scores from both programs to identify the top candidate for service dog training.
